It is submitted that I am student of mscdfsm bearing enrollment no 052732335. I have completed my all subjects by mar 2011, but till the day I havenot received my grade card/ degree till date. The grade card shown as incomplete on the IGNOU Site. MFNP 012 is shown as incomplete. I have contacted with Miss Anju (concerned dealing clk) many a times since Jun 2009, but all in vain she told me that the internal marks for MFNP 012 are not received then Mr Jamwal (concerned Teacher) has sent the required internal marks of MFNP 012 during 2010 and the same was handed over to Miss Anju by me for further sending to IGNOU Delhi for updation of my Grade card.
2. On reviewing of my grade card status it is known that the status of my grade card is still the same. Then again with the problem I contacted Miss Anju personally at her office but there was no result shown till date( I also contacted with Miss Anju and IGNOU Delhi many many times through phone). I am doing this course since last six years. I have already submitted my application through eMail as well as hand written many times to Miss Anju but till date no any action has been taken from your side. Please do something in this regard I shall remain thankful to you for ever for this act of kindness.
