Non Receipt of Gift Hamper (Blue Ray DVD Player) as declared by Samsung with Plasma TV 51E550 (for Product Serial No. MQGB3PCD100006 )

Dear sir,
I am very much upset of being felt cheated on the name of scheme, declared by Samsung /dealers and even after four month I am still kept waiting for the promised gift Hamper.
Sir the entire story begins; when I was shown an advertisement on dated 22-10-2012 by Upkar Enterprises, (Baikunthpur, Dist Korea C.G. Ph : 07836 233060 , Mo: Mo: 9407743880) (may also found on ‘Samsung dealer location search’ on official web page of Samsung) in a leading National news paper stating that different version of Samsung TV are bundled with gift hamper (“Paper-Advertisement.jpg”). I was convinced that, if I Book orders then I will get “Blue Ray Player with 3D movie Titles” free as declared by Samsung Company with Plasma TV 51E550 Model.
As being convinced one and waiting for the opportunities, I deposited Fifty Thousand same day (on dt 22-10-2012) for the said model at Upkar Enterprises, Baikunthpur. (“Advance-Receipt.jpg”). But I am kept waiting too long for the Booked TV set and every time I queried, I got replied the booked model is not available at Raipur Master Dealer. Many times they call the Raipur dealers in front of me, and get me convinced that the first TV Set will sent for me, as soon as its get available by Samsung company.
Finally after waiting approximately three month, they deliver the TV set & I paid the rest amount and they fetch me Bill and warranty card (“Bill.jpg” & “SAMSUNG-TV-Back.jpg“ & “Product-Serial.jpg”). While questioning about the gift hamper they replied that, the same will be sent directly to my home as per TV Customer Net Log-in booked address. They convinced me that, it’s a Company policy and the Local dealer have nothing to do with it. They empathizes that, this gift hamper processing takes some time and it’s a automated process and its per Item based related to Manufacturing Serial No of Product with Login detail based address with direct-to-home based courier supply approach.
But after four month of long waiting; I feel cheated by this entire process. The delayed product delivery is a part of “Samsung non availability of product” in time. But as I booked the product well within prescribed time; including an initial advance of Rs 50,000/- amount (“Advance-Receipt.jpg”), I think; I should be reasonably considered for the above said Gift hamper.
As now “Upkar Enterprises” replies rudely and no-one cares for me & I have nowhere to go, I fell quite cheated. I hope you will kindly consider my case and a true justice will be made in fever of me.
