We have ordered Tempo (Tata ACE) form unique motors at Vasai (E) on 19th March 2013 and expected date of delivery was 28th March 2013, But till today we haven’t got the delivery of the product and the company People are just giving us the dates every time like 10th Mar, 12th Mar then 16th Mar 2013. then after few days no one of the Unique Motors Executive were answering our calls we keep on calls but no proper response from them we even text message to them but no reply from them. we have taken this tempo on loan and the loan is pass on 10th March 2013, we have also payed the unique Motors Rs. 11,000 by DD & 65,000 by cash, Please help in this case.
