I hemali wants to complain about Loop Gallary at Mulund Because there is daily deduction of 0.50 paise on my loop network but they themself are unaware about it and after visitin 4 times the problem is not solved yet and even no response after sending mail on there website.

I wanted to file a complaint about my network provider company which is LOOP MOBILE.
Sir/Madam since long back my mobile company (Loop) is not charging me right amt. whatever they promise they did not stay on it.
My june 2013 months bill was 3600 and july hole month i havent use my card for single day and they charged me 4200.
Last months bill I have paid already and current month bill i not yet paid due to wrong charges.
Sir/Madam on summer vI went out of Mumbai for vacation before going I wen to vashi Loop gallery near Inorbit and asked they to stop my internet and stickly worn then to deactivate my default gprs even someone Mobile Guru deactivated but after few days automaticaly its got reactivated now you tell me what do sir.roved my request for the same.
When I come back from my vacation Loop company disconnected my services due to high internet usage. My outgoing was barred for 10-13 days. I was in very big trable because of my cell was not working. Hence I drop mail to Nodel desk no one replay on mail. One day suddenly my out going is activated but I don’t know what is happening behind me with my sim card and ever I got messaged saying that your bill has been reduce and I have to pay only 1300 for interrupted services.
No I am not going to pay any such fake amt.
This is ongoing issue with me sir/madam.
Kindly do the needful for same.
