Naaptol – cheating company.
Location/place: Hyderabad
I purchased HTC mobile in Naaptol ( online trading company ) worth 16000/- on 5th April 2012,due to defect in mobile i return the product to naaptol on 3 may 2012, they told within 15 days i will receive new product, but till now i didn’t receive any dispatching details reply from naaptol

facing problem with my inverter because of local dealer(new vikrant battery BG-6/283-A, paschim viahr, new delhi-11063).
First the dealer charged in repairing my inverter(rs 700) then charged (rs. 6500) for repacing a new battery of same inverter. Now company people are saying pur inverter is not working moreover battery is defaluted. Morever the local person abusing in front of my daughter and my children. So now I want my money back i.e. Rs. 6300 back or get my inverter replaced by the company.
