My number has been Permanantly Debarred

Location/place: Andhra Pradesh

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO Prepaid

I am using Prepaid DOCOMO AP circle 8977509690 for past 3 years. Recently Docomo has disconnected the services to the number by 3rd week of September, 2012. I contacted CC, told that it has happen due to non usage for 180 days. but i am using it regularly, to conform that i stated i have recharged the number on 31-08-2012 with 100 and i have made some calls on 1st week of September,2012. then they told me to submit the documents at DOCOMO outlet, then they will restore the connection in a week. As they stated, i submitted, n keep checking for connection. but the connection is not restored. So i mailed them again that through mail, but they simply said, your connection is permanently removed, we cannot restore it.

I don’t know why they are talking differently in each time. I am sure that, i haven’t kept the number idle for 180 days and also the sum of recharge in 180 days is more than Rs.100/-. This will over come the debarred condition.

Expecting a clear solution soon from concerned team.
