MNP cancel by airtel without any information

Dear Sir,
I (Rajeev Bhatt) have a Airtel number 9889188987 (UP East- Lucknow) and have to apply for port out from Airtel due to worst service by Airtel and by its customer care. On 22nd Sep 2011 I applied for port out from airtel but airtel cancel my request without gave any reason and on 5th OCt 2011 I also apply for port out but the process not completed till now.
Please if this request on process then please inform me and also told me the date when port out. And if request cancelled then also inform me with suitable reasons.
