miss use of my debit card

Location/place: jabalpur

Name of company/service: narmadajackson hotel

on 14 august i went to narmadajackson hotel the bill was of 220/. i gave my debit card they swapped it thrice & said that its not working,i paid the cash.but when i checked the a/c RS.220/ was deducted from my a/c thrice. i tried to approach bank &the manager of hotel. But till date no pprogress please help me to get back my 660/
