Dear Sir,
Pleas note that I was travelling from ETIHAD airways on 13th august to mumbai from Dammam to Mumbai sector. I travelled from Dammam to abudhabi from ETIHAD on flight #EY328 on seat 11A (ETKT 6072108082637-1). From Abudhabi I travelled by Jet airways flight #9W0583 (SET #22A) ETKT-6072108082637-2.
At CST when I received my Baggage In damaged condition even though after sticking FRAGILE TAG. One of the wheel was missing and wheel supporting frame also missing.The bag was damaged through that hole and torn apart. I have lodged a complain in international airport with Ms Veronica.Please note that the way it was damaged its beyond repair and can not be used any more as from that hole the inner side was also damaged.
Please find attached the picture of the damaged bag.I would like to request to you to give me compensation for the damaged bag. Its a very costly bag of CAT brand and because of mishandling its of no use.
