Misbehaviour and poor service quality

even after calling for a week we don’t get service and if they come they misbehaved with a lady don’t know how to talk to a lady and give ‘dhamki’ k nobody will serve you after six pm. and from a week nobody has come to solve my complaint. without serving complaints are been closed.. area service provider and GM is unable to solve the problem. Even after complaining online on Pure it website nobody contacted back and solved the problem.no action is been taken to the fellow who misbehaved with me at my home and the persons who refused to come after 6pm to serve even though the serving time is up to 8pm.

  1. my brother-in-law( DEEPAK KUMAR SINGH ) was having life insurance in LIC insurance corporation ,he was in clerk in the assam rifles (govt. job),he was expired in a road accident in the month of may 21st, 2011 ;but the LIC agent( MANOJ KUMAR) is not paying the INSURANCE MONEY to his next of kin (i.e. my sister[ NIDHI ])or his parent.we went to the lic agent’s home at least 10 times but he is not taking any responsibility and he is not taking interest for paying money.
    sir i am a b.tech student so i have limited period of holiday leave,i kindly request you to take an action .
