I had purchased a microwave oven on 27/10/2011 and IFB technician came on 03/10/2011 for fixing. While opening the package He noticed that the Turntable glass edge got broken in one place and told to raise complaint for replacement.
I had rose complaint for the same on November 2011, Customer id: 3091605 and complaint no: 7586106. During November & December 2011 I had made several calls to the customer care and they replied that the model spare not available. And around 15th December they told me to tell the Shop where I had purchased and I did the same. After that I had been out of India till 3rd May 2012 for my employments.
After reaching India I found that there was no response/action from IFB or Shop. Again I had made call to customer care and they issued fresh complaint no: 8930907, after some day IFB technician came home and made inspection. And he said that he will confirm with the IFB Installation service engineer regarding the fault( Serv engr name: Mr.Dass).
After few days I made call to customer care and got the answer of ‘it was over 6 months’ of microwave oven purchased and can not be replaced now, where I had made all complaints in month of November 2011 itself.
Please tell me weather I can get the spare or not?
