microtek ups complaint for last 8 month not resolve

On 27.12.2011, I had purchased a Microtek heritage gold 625va UPS from ExelComputer at CHANDAUSI(U.P.).S.No. is D11IUGNU241752. Since that day of purchase the UPS is not working properly some technical problem in it.

Initially I lodged a complaint to moradabad service centre (phone no.05912415211). They sent a technician who could not repair the UPS properly. Frequently I called the service centre who gave false assurances to repair it. than i call to mr anmol sharma AREA MANAGER moradabad they replace the ups but replaced ups also gve same problem. i called mr sharma again they gv me the terretory manager mr rajesh (UP&UK) they chnged the card but the modified card not wrking properly again i called mr rajesh again but they didnt pick my phone for last EIGHT MONTH I CANT USE MY UPS ONE TIME… the complaint no is-UPS2012-000259 again and again the new complaint launched. THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR THE MANAGERS NOT PICKING MY PHONE.
