Mental Harrasment To The Customer

Name of company/service: HathwayInternet Broadband Service

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I have taken Hath way Internet Broadband service , From past one month , the internet connection is getting disconnected once in two days and I could not able to use the internet. last month there was no internet for 3 days , i have raised a complaint then after 3 days the problem got rectified , so i had to go outside in rain to use the internet. i took lot of pain to go outside in rain and use the internet.i had to call many times to hath way to solve the internet connection problem.

I have disconnected the hath way internet yesterday and today they spoke to me very rudely , like a harassment , about the payment to be made ( final payment) where i have requested for the waive off of some amount on account of disconnections every time. i have called customer service every time the internet disconnected. So ultimately , it caused me lot of pain , i had to call from my mobile, use the internet outside , waste of my money. They have caused me lot of trouble.

pls advice me what Can I do and what You can do .
