Lien amount deduction

I owe 30000 in kotak credit card. My salary of 23000 deducted without any intimation and the account is showing-7000 balance. I thought, credit card bill was paid automatically. But the credit card bill is still showing 30000 due. Where did my 23000 go. Please explain
