JET AIRWAYS Not Refunding the amount for cancelled Air Tickets- worst service by JET AIRWAYS

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Jet Airways

This is Ankaraj Marri from Hyderabad. Cancelled eTicket amount not refunded to my HDFC A/C.

Below are my cancelled PNR tickets.

PNR-NOAUQK Actual Date of Journey on 08-Aug-2013
PNR-ODCQML Actual Date of Journey on 11-Aug-2013

Both tickets are cancelled on 30-June-2013, But till now haven’t refunded into my HDFC A/C. But, as per JET AIRWAYS records, it is stating that refunded on 2nd July 2013 information provided JET AIRWAYS customer care team. In my bank statement there is no such transaction as refund amount from Jet Airways.

I Had sent mails regarding refund amount issue. No action or reply on this issue.
