Issues with Sony Xperia Tipo Dual complaint

Hi,

I am posting this issue here in the hope that I will get a better response as compared to the customer care executives available on 1800 3000 2800.

I purchased this pone some 2.5 months back. Within 3rd day, the phone started showing software problem and phone would be hanging. My old ticket no. was 12112701395. After that I went to Sony authorized service center at Ahmadabad regarding this problem. Then your service engineer solves this problem.

After 2.5 months I faced another problem with this phone. The problem is that my phone had automatically switched off. Then again I went to service center. My ticket no. is 13021100239 and job no. W13021100239 dated 11/2/13. After checking, your service engineer told that, there is problem in motherboard. And again he guaranteed that phone will be in working condition within 8 days. But as on today after 11 days we can’t receive the phone. And they want again 7 days for repairing purpose.

So, without my phone I am totally handicapped. So please replace the phone or send my total money back,

    Hi, Even i am having the same problem. I too have an xperia sola bought in june 2012, and for the second time in 8 months my phone has stopped working. As said by you and in the same way with me, for the second time for last 1 month i am getting no response from the people in service centre and my phone is with them from 7th of March 2013 till date .

    I see some other posts as well in this forum from Sony Xperia Sola users . If we together raise a voice , maybe we can bring a change.

    The customer service center @ 1800 3000 2800 is another degree of torture who are trained to exhaust the patience of caller by keeping on hold and giving replies like : The system is down so we cant check or we have escaled but waiting for reply from repair department .

    I badly want to make the Sony people realize that they cannot just go fooling Indian people and not caring rather taking the customer service as the minimally bothered affair.
