Issue on 5 SMS per day

Name of company/service: Rajasthan

TRAI has imposed a new rule,that is, 5 SMS per day and without informing prior to the customers which is not right of them.They should inform before a particular time period so that customers get aware of this new rule.I want answer that what about the customer who had there SMS pack just 5 days before.TRAI wants to reduce the problems created by companies but now TRAI himself created problem for customers.In this fast growing world SMS is most important way to communicate but TRAI himself hindering the growth of development of our country.This rule is shame on TRAI and on our country also.
We the customers are ready to accept a particular limit like 200 SMS per day but not this 5 SMS per day.
Hope to see action against this compilant.
