IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF TATA DOCOMO CUSTMER CARE EXECUTIVE

I have tata docomo n. 9036084566 of bangalore.
last time i had a complain against them for improper information through sms..
exactly what the sms they hav sent i m writing below..
RC=45 All Local+STD Mobile calls @1p/2s for 60 days!special recharge Only for you!
when i made recharge of 45..they started duducting 2p/s for first two min of the day….
as there is no such condition is written in sms ….
one of their custmer care executive called me on 6th of july…when i said him the situation …
He told me they cant not sand full msg…u need to talk to our custmer care executive before making every recharge..first how much irresponsible is this statement..
when i said him the same offer what you have given me in 45 rs for two months is available in 16 rs for one month..means i can get get teh same recharge in 32 rs for two months ..and you hav taken 45 rs from me….his answer was it depends custmer to custmer what recharge they make….he directly mean to say smart person do recharge with 16…and other fools like u recharge with 45.
how can they sand me msg like answer 3 simple question and win gold coin etc….
how all other msg they can send me in detail….and for above msg his directly answer was they cant sand me full sms…
then whats the need to sand me this half sms where rest of the msg i have to complete myself…
while they sand me sms for 16 rs recharge they mention the full condition…but with me recharge they cant sand me full sms…after every sms they sand me i have to get it confirm it from custmercare .
this much irresponsible behaviour i hav never seen of any custmercare executive..
can they give me answer why cant they sand me full sms..
it is somthing like a investor come to me he tells me half scheme….later when i ask him that you hav told me half scheme…..his reply is i cant speak more for long time so you should have come after me for the complete details.
what one would understand from there msg..and they have space for writng special recharge only for you but they dont have space for writing first two min of the day @2p/s..
the problem is with their cutmercare executive they dont have complete knowledge about their service..they dont know how to response to custmer

  1. Haa wt an fa moment I bought my mob paying rs11 but wit in two days tis sim make me to sick off and make me to throw my mob reason is each and every sec sms sms sms oh shut nt even single seconds. y plz make customers happy plz.

    As per the discussion over call, we would like to inform you that RC 45 gives Validity:60 days, all mobile calls @1p/2 sec, all LL @2p/s , first 2 min of the day@2p/s.
