I would like to bring to your kind notice the poor management of Indigo Airlines.
I had booked a ticket on 6th july ,2012 in indigo airline.This booking was done in very short interval of time as i had got the news of my father’s death.I had to reach patan,Bihar to carry out funeral of my father.
The details of the ticket booked are as follows:

It is clearly mentioned in the ticket that check in can be done 30 minutes before the flight departure.I reached for check in 45 minutes before the departure.For the first 15 minutes ,the management created chaos and wasted our time without giving clear picture of the flight departure.30 mintes before ,they said that i cannot board the flight as i am late for the same.This was completely rediculous.I tried to talk to their higher management but all in vain.They were not ready to listen anything.I had consulted the sale person(Mr. Santosh Sandle) of the INdigo Airlines about my last minute travel.He assued that if i reach 30 minutes before the departure,i will be able to board the flight.
It was very apparent that my flight could have been managed in the same flight.But it was the arrogance of the following staff that resulted in missing of the flight.

(2)Ms. Meghana.
All the formalities had been completed by them.Al the last moment i was denied to travel in the flight whic was really most important to me.
Later they said that ticket can be booked for next day flight and i was asked to pay 7800/- INR at indigo counter but Ticket was issued from Cleartrip travels PVT LTD person who was outside the airport entrance.I suspect some ill activities here as well.
I was not able to attend the last funeral of my father.What worse it can happen in my life.
I simply want to bring to your kind notice that i should be helped in this concern.I am ready to file a complain in Consumer court .
I request you to show justice in the case.
