I had applied for a complete blockage of my TATA PHOTON number 9223209762 on June 8, 2012 in their Kandivli East (Thakur Village) Outlet.. I got it stamped and signed on my bill by the representative named Pooja present in the TATA DOCOMO outlet.. they were supposed to generate the bill on a prorata basis for that month, since i had got it blocked prior to the month completion.. Full Bill got generated, but I paid as per prorata basis. i again went to their outlet, and spoke to the store manager Mr. Nilesh Prabhu, who promised the complete waiver. However still that wasnt done.. This happened on July 10th, of which also I have a stamp on the same bill. Also, recordings can be obtained from their CCTV camera.
I even filed a complaint on their customer care, the only thing they have done is block the connection, which should have ideally happened on June 8th and not today..
They didnt block the connection and now they want me to pay for those extra days + 1.25 month extra because they didnt cancel the connection.. they have been mentally harrassing me, by making 2 – 3 calls on a daily basis from various numbers… I request to help me and also punish them for mentally harrassing me…
