Hi sir,
i called airtel to enquire about 2G plan and requested the agent to stay online for one minute but the user disconnected the call without taking my permission and when i called back he gave me a number to contact his manager but gave me a number where in its only available from Monday to Friday. the floor supervisor also did not provide me the right information and this is not the first time i am facing the issue with the air tel customer care.
please look into it as its really painful that i keep getting irresponsible replies from Air tel customer care.
