Improper deduction of balance and getting varying explanations rather than solution from costumer care.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Tatibandh raipur&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Videocon prepaid mobile services</p>I have recharged on 1 april a v2v free calling of 111rs for 4 weeks. Then on 13 april i recharged with 32 pack for 30p/m call rate and main balnce of 55rs. after that a 8 rs 1 yr validation recharge. Then at dat time my bal is 60rs. That day I called on local vcon no. Which cost me 0. But on 14 april morning suddenly my bal deduce by showing 33rs on *124# and at d same tym 17rs on *123*3#. I called costumer care it says technical problem call after 1 hr. Then i again called on local vcon no. Which charged me. I got shocked and called cc. Firstly she said 8rs recharged has cancelled all ur recharges. Then i said but my 32rs plan is not cancelled then she said 32 has overlapped 111 pack. Then i said i have made this type of recharges many times but this overlapping never occured again she explained that if you recharge first by 32 and then by 111 then it will not overlap.
I have requested for speaking to higher authority then she said there is no one available and given me dealers contact of korba and bhilai. I i forced her by saying i will seek help from consumer forum, she kept me on hold and then said seniours are busy. I asked het to file my complain then she said its no need. Atlast i ask for seniour authority no. And she had given me vcon queries portal no – 907401234. and cutted the call.
My 55rs balance is deduced with a unpredictable cancellation of 111rs plan. Total loss- 166rs.

Please take necessry action against this.
