Sir,
i am using idea sim and i frequently use gprs service (2g).and as i use this service i have updated gprs pack for my account 7 days before.. and now still that gprs pack is not activated to my number and i have been deduted amount for using gprs un necessarily…even after my continues complaints there is no action from company people and when i approaches bvk iyengar road idea office i am not getting proper response from staff and they do not know how to treat a coustumer..please look into this matter..
