ICICI Insurance company wrongly lapsed my insurance policy

I have Elite II PR insurance policy No. 20098227. Half yearly premium was Rs.2,60,000/- I paid half yearly premiums regularly up to July 2018. On 3.11.18 I requested for change of my premium payment frequency to Annual basis instead of H Y basis. But while doing this change company has lapsed my policy & recovered amounts for transferring funds from my selected funds to Discontinuation fund.
