Dear All,
I used an ATM machine (S1AW4094) of ICICI bank at Bund garden on 3rd Aug 2012 at 12:22 and pull out 14900 Rs but the machine shuffling sound one time but didn’t dispense the money but on receipt it show that withdrawal the same. Immediately I informed the same matter to manager Mr Sandeep Singh & Miss Ashawari Pathankar of ICICICI Bank near bun garden branch, they told that just five ten minute before one customer have same complaint about the same machine and he is seating front of me. He called one person from inside and told that put machine out of control board. After that I have launch the written complaint to manger. He told that after three working days you will get money refund on your account.
On 09th Aug at around 14:00 hrs I meet Mr Sandeep Singh & bun garden branch head (Madam). They have showed me machine generated data and told that machine has showing that amount has gone out. How machine dispense money out? Because five minutes I was standing front of machine you can see the camera footage. When I saw the machine generated excel file below mention point came to my knowledge that is only for your investigation & action please!
1. Why the machine generated data is not in PDF file.
(ATM team has been fingering with original data)
2. Why machine generated data is showing different time.
(In my withdrawal slip it is showing 12:22 and machine data is showing 12:20)
3. Why the bun garden team not disclose person name, who got same problems before me from same machine, he was withdrawal 20,000 thousand. They also refuse to give his mobile no.
4. After two customer problems in same machine Mr Sandeep Singh send one person to put out of order board on it.
(Why Mr Sandeep not calls ICICI ATM team to see the issue of front of him? Why he have taken so easy the problems was of 35000 thousand)
5. Who have checked machine after problems and why he is not get the access many in machine?
(While checking the machine ICICI bank representative was not present there for attending the same?)
7. In this type incident I hope that one racket is there in ICICI ATM team. Who fill currency in ATM, who checks access money in ATM, who generated the data from systems? They have been make one chain and start stolen money from you ICICI customers.
On 10th Aug Mr Rohit Nair from ICICI bank have contact me at around 11:30 am and told that give me three four days for investigate the same.
On 16th Aug when I meet Mr Sandeep Singh & Miss Ashawari Pathankar the ICICI Bank manger bun garden branch, she told that I have done all type investigation but access money is not found in machine. When I told that show me the camera footage then she told that camera is not working in same machine. How the camera is not working there and problems are going on same machine.
When the camera is not working at the same machine and problems are happening is this cheating with customer.
My request is to ask ICICI Bank corporate office to refund the same on my account. I hope with your help I will get justice.
