Sir, i beg most respectfully to state that
i Sri Suman Mandal consumer of tata docomo (MOBILE NO. 9883810515) postpaid connection. when i baught this connection they told that the monthly rental is 250/- per month & i will get 800 free mins in any no. but my august bill is 460/- & my sepetmber bill is 737/-
then i told in customer care for this , but they tell me that there are no 800 free mins .
so i requested to solve my problem as soon as possible
