After usage of 7 months, My laptop speaker stopped working , I have logged that complaint under case id=4680485701.
They send an engineer to my place for seeing what problem my laptop was going through.
He replaced my laptop speaker, and said that the other sub woofer of my laptop is not original but just a dummy.I bought my laptop of 42,000rs. , i am very shocked how can an original hp laptop can have fake dummy sub woofer in it. they are not even picking my calls, they have closed my case , without even solving my problem. i bought this laptop from one of the hp dealer., my laptop in on 1 year accidental warranty.
