Hi ,

I have opened a Bank account in 2010 in indusind BBSR branch .. since then i am facing the problem .. the account type was Savings and i was supposed to maintain 5k .. but the problem started with the welcome kit .. i have not recieved the ATM card PIN . on several request to bank the same was not done .

After getting transfered to Thane … i hv approached the Godhabadar road branch for updation of the New Mobile no , Mail ID & Net Banking facility on 27th Sept 2012 .. and was promised within 24 hrs same will be updated ,..

But to my surprise .. till date (i.e 6th Oct 2012) the same is not updated ..

i have called call centre several times inquirying about the status .. but every time .. they keep on extending the time frame saying they have registered a complaint .

on 6th Oct 2012 .. it was heights of the Customer service .. when the CCE 0 Maitree spoke to me … 1st of all she was rude one her tone as if she didnt want to answer the call.. and finaly she disconnected the call .

Need a solution as i am not able to solve my problem by approaching the Branch location or call centre of the Bank
