Geting more money

Location/place: Raigarh

Name of company/service: Airtel

My mobile no. is 9179060319, which i have purchased in Bilaspur C.G., i have transferred to Raigearh brought this phone with me. now a days i always recharge my mobile online. GPRS activated. Yesterday Evening at 8PM i recharged my mobile with Rs200/-. and in night i started to recharged or 2G for Rs125/- started at 11:56PM. starting of recharge i had balance of Rs.115/- and after 2 minutes at completion of recharge balance were Rs2.7/-. I made a call to costumer care at 12 O’clock in night, talked with Mr. Sujit. He told me the charges were for internet use.I have only 2 minutes used the internet for recharge and charges more than Rs 100/-. How it can possible. Sir it’s not a first time, It’s Happen earlier also but I not bothered seriously. Sir Please Help me to get return my money from there and take a action against airtel so that it will not happen again with any one. My mobile is showing by name of other’s when i bought it were to the name of mine Yogesh Kumar Gupta.
