Frustrating unnecessary charges for d2c_mgossip_pack49

I am getting charged continuously from few months for some unknown service called “d2c_mgossip_pack49”.
Is Vodafone can not give this security also for there customer?
I have made this complaint lot of time to Vodafone but they are not ready to give details about this service and also not ready to give security for future aspect.
