Dear Sir,
I had discontinued to use Tata Docomo’s CDMA internet connection in February 2012 and had cleared all outstanding bills. The company acknowledged my payment. I have not received any bills since the time I have discontinued to use the service. But today, I suddenly receive a bill against a discontinued service ( there is no outstanding) – the company does not update their records and sends bills for service not used or subscribed to. This is a clear case of cheating the public.
