i am working with Eklavya education trust,125-A basement of aggarwal sweets main road,katwaria sarai new delhi,which is the branch of JBHP college(NES),3rd floor,relience fresh building,delhi road,krishna nagar,Hisar haryana. i work here as HOD and have 4 member staff under me.On 6th september we received a calll saying that take a leave for week as we dont have any work in office right now and continue your work after a week,at this time they havent paid us our salary and when asked for salary they said they will pay in on our comeback.but after a week we came to know office jhas been closed and are going to shift it to other place,at that time we again asked for salary they gave an excuse for some days and now 2months salary was pending.at that tiome we were not able to switch the coimpany because as per they said they will take the whole staff to shifted office.this time was a period when whole staff was rushing with financial as well as mental torture. . now if asked for salary they are giving excuse day after day and we are not able to understand what to do next.after every possible effort done by myside i am not able to get any result,so hoping a positive response from your side and expecting to get result,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
