I had recharged my mobile no. 9377857267 with a local calling pack, which comes with validity of 90 days, but reliance used to finish my pack’s validity in 30 days. I complained to customer care they said we have no data regarding your pack. this time too i have recharged my phone with the same pack on 07/06/2012, and my validity finishes today. But How ? If i will launch a complain the action and reply will be same as in earlier case. So it is kindly submitted that is there any way to solve this problem, if yes please inform or take action to this fraud of reliance.
