In Manjri I had booked 1BHK flat with Nirmiti devlopers(Annasaheb Harpale & Rahul Chikne) in month of Feb.2012 by paying 40% amount of 5lakhs rs.Devloper had given the commitment that after paying this amount he wil do the resigstration process by month of April,but after taking long follow-up with him he told us that because of some reason he need to stop the project & now he is saying that he will return our money after 6 months.We are in urgent need of money.Can u please help me in this?
