we had purchased a microwave &a lcd tv through bajaj finance.monthly instalment was scheduled to be paid through Bank of Baroda by ecs on 5th of every month.on 8th of august a representative of bajaj finance called to inform that our ecs has bounced due to inadequate funds& we are liable to pay a fine.after enquiring in the bank i have come to know that i have sufficient funds in my account & my pass book is also refiecting the same .2 days after i handed over a xerox of my bank statement to their executive &asked for a regret letter as it was a fault on their part.but on 16th they had sent a letter through their executive demanding for the payment.also it was written clearly in the letter that we had not paid where the reality is that inspite of having sufficient fund in my account they didnot encash it and harassed us.when i demanded to talk to the concerned person,a spokesperson of bajaj finance over the phone threatened me with dire consequences if i dont make immediate payment.again i asked for a regret letter for the harassment caused due to their fault of not deducting ecs from our bank.

I am a respectable citizen of India and the harassment that i had to face was quite disturbing and traumatic without any fault on my part. It would be very kind of you if you guide us with our future course of action and help us in this regard.
