We have purchased a LCD television in the month last 13th July, 2011 from Samsung India and just after that within one months on 23rd August, there is a problem cropped up i.e. Picture does not come but sound come. Under this circumstances, we called their service engineer and they changed some parts. Second time again this problem arose within 4 months (Jan-12) from the date of repair and second time also some parts have been changed and then onwards we have been telling to their customer care executive (Samsung) to change the faulty set but they are evading from the truth and kept us telling that there are no problems lying with the set. In 1st August-2012 again same problem taken place and till date Samsung customer service executive tactfully suppress the fact and tried to resolve verbally and when your service engineer came in the month of 2nd August-2012, then they could not detect the fault because that time set was running without any disturbance.
But in the moth 15th August, 2012 again same problem has been started and lodged the complain and this time your customer support executive, is asking for charge for all spares parts and service charge but they are not addressing my request for changing the default set since last one year.
