Faulty Data Card and poor response

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Service of this company is extremely poor. The Data card they provided is not working and causing me system to hang. I asked them to ask someone from their Service Centre to help me but they refused and said that my problem can be solved only by visiting their service centre.

I told them that I was unable to visit their Service centre due to my busy schedule and requested them to stop billing me for the period I was unable to use the Data card. On this they suggested that for that I would have to visit one of their stores and give such and such documents and they would charge such and such sum for stopping to bill me !

Nothing can be worse than this. I request you to please take up this issue with this company so that I may get justice.
