False money deduction

Name of company/service: Oxicash

Dear sir,

I have done an Airtel Postpaid mobile recharge (of Rs. 101/-),dated 04/07/2012 in the morning.

The transaction wasn’t fully sucessful, though an amount of Rs. 101.00 was deducted from my Axis bank account via netbanking.

I have enquired about this fact with Axis bank and Oxicash, and Axis bank mailed me that they had given the same amount to the vendor.

The complaint id of Oxicash is:
Request Id :- Recharge Related Queries ID=71342
I have also tried to make calling to the customer service executives of Oxicash, but they didn’t ever responsed to my call.

Please help me to settle this issue. I am worried about this fact not because of it is a small amount, but these types of fake websites misleads the customers.
