The delivery person collected Rs. 100/- extra. We have booked a gas cylinder and while we were not at home my daughter received the cylinder. She gave him Rs. 500/- the deliver person asked her for Rs. 40/- change and the delivery person whose name I found out later was Shirish went off without returning 100/-
This gas agency’s employees never answer their calls any time. we have to keep on trying the number again and again just to book a cylinder.
