M/S TATAQ TELECOM HAS ON EXPIRY OF MY BILL PLAN i.e. ZERO RENTAL THREE YEARS HAVE AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED MY PLAN TO 180/- PER MONTH WITHOUT MY CONSENT ON MAKING A COMPLAINT THEY ARE NEITHER REVERTING BACK TO OLD PLAN NOR ARE REFUNDING THE EXCESS MONEY @180/- P.MN. EXTO0RTED FROM ME I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT TO DOTEL UNDER GRIEVANCE PROCEDURER BUT IT APPEARS THAT OVCER THE PERIOD DOTEL HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO BECOME A BREEDING GROUND OF CORRUPTION WHICH HAS NO EARS TO LISTEN TO AND ACT UPON SUCH SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY BE YOUR FORUM WILL HELPME OUT LEST I SHALL BE FILING COMPLAINT UNDER CONSUMER FORUM AS A LAST RESORET
