Dell Mobile Uncomplete unit sold and denaying for warranty replacement.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I baught a new dell xcd35 mobile phone in 10000.00 rs. when used there was a lot of problems occuring from day one. i was runned here & there like anything to find out service centre but didnt found in my city. I finally found one service centre in gurgaon but it was discontinued that time. there was screen issue with the mobile. the screen was becoming instanly blank during usage. after a two month the centre was continued for work on dell mobile. when i visited there they directly denay my phone to replace under warranty. It was communicated to me at the time of sale that if any problem will occure dell will do replace complete phone. now the phone is 6 month old and having a year of warranty but they did not proceeding for warranty repair/replacing. I had a long conversation wiht dell india telecom customer care but end movement they also asking me to submit 4050.00 rs for repairng of the set when it is under warranty.I am in a horrible condition and my mobile is also wid the dell only. Please help to sort out the issue.
