Delay in replacement for more than 15days

I,Tapan chakraborty, a Refregerator (Panasonic B255STW4 , SERIAL NO: 210613263890100772)from Khosla Electronics Baruipur Branch at Baruipur, kolkata,West Bengal on 03/07/2013.On that very day We have seen that the conection plug is broken and the door side is dented. Then and there we inform the Khosla representative.The very next day your customer service person named Animesh Giri has come to our house and found those defects and agreed for replacement. But unfortunately we are harrashed or suffered till now. Sometime they came for taking the photograph , sometime they said that it will be replaced today but at the evening they said it is not in the stock.
