Hi I am Bhavana..working in a corporate company and we have representatives of the company sitting near the cafetaria and I gave all the documents along with the amount of 300 to that Docomo person on 27/6/2012..and waited for 20days and I dint get any response from them and only when I called them they said they would rectify and would make sure that i would get the connection within a week but I dint…and later when i called them they said that they have some internal problem among their departments and now asking me to go to the nearest docomo showroom,they can do that na they can proceed my applicaton to the nearest docomo showroom (or) would have said the same within a week so that I could have gone to the other network…its 1 month now and my working timings are from 2 to 11pm and by the time I go to my home its12pm and I have to wake up and go with my work,Is it possible for me to go the showroom and if i would have time I would have submited my docs in the showroom itself…now its soo much waste of time for me(1Month)..and also money for my topups and lots of inconvience caused to me and also no response from the people and also I raised complaints twice on the docomo network and the complaint no’s are 545985 and 545157 on 12 and 11th of july2012 and asked to be contacted through phone but I dint receive any response from the representatives till now…I am really feeling mentally frustated and also lotss of waste of time and money caused to me…can you please help me in this issue to be resolved and do justice.Its not for money but fot the time and stress…
