DEFICIENCY OF SERVICES

I HAD BOUGHT A NEW TATA SKY CONNECTION AND WHILE ORDERING I PAID 12130/- INSTEAD OF THE REGULAR 11911/- BECAUSE THE CUST CARE SAID THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM AND I WILL GET A BALANCE OF RS 120/- IN MY ACCOUNT. ALSO I HAD TO RECEIVE THE MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION AND MYNTRA VOUCHERS.. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING TATA SKY FOR MORE THAT 15 DAYS BUT THE COMPANY HAS BEEN LEAST BOTHERED TO LISTEN TO THAT. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE SMALL PRICE BUT THE ETHICS AND BEHAVIOUR OF THE COMPANY..I KEEP CALLING THEM AGAIN AND HAVE TO REPEATEDLY TELL ME STORY BUT NO DECISION COMES OUT..PLEASE HELP..
