Hi,
I purchased a Micromax Funbook Infinity on 12th March, 2013.
While registering email id and password the same is not getting registered and hence went to their service centre and they reloaded the software (OS) again and still the problem is not resolved
When trying to contact Micromax callcentres on their various no.s, never am able to reach since every time the no.’s are busy. Since 1 month am trying to treach their no.’s and not even once I was able to.

When sent mail they reply with absurd answers without even reading mails properly.

I want the public to understand before purchasing any Micromax product that aftersales service is a big ZERO, so to be careful
