Deduction of funds without providing services

Location/place: Gurgaon

Name of company/service: Paytm.com

Paytm.com has deducted the funds from my bank A/c amounting Rs. 333. without providing the service of same recharge value.
Please take the appropriate action for the misconduct of the company.
