Deduct insufficent charges

Location/place: SRIGANGANAGAR,RAJASTHAN,INDIA

Name of company/service: VODAFONE

I have a ECS from my ICICI Bank Saving A/C for my bill of Vodafone postpaid no. – 8875000667….
in my A/C 2000/- Balance was available yesterday.
And my bill amt. was RS.1273/-
but vodafone sent the ECS to Bank of amt. 2573/-
Due to insufficent balance the ECS was returned and The ECS charges (RS.393/-) was deducted from my Account….
I went to Vodafone store but i could not got any solution from there.
These charges are insufficent and invalid……
