I am Arun Gupta and our family account in UCO BANK C.P. branch. My brother Tarun Gupta S/O Shri Vijender Gupta R/o S-114 Sunder Block Shakarpur Delhi-110092. His dead 29.2.2012 and we submit all documents in C.P. Branch Last one month before. But no action to our case and bank employee told me so many problems. In another PNB bank give me Tarun Account balance of father.
I could not understand that both are Govt Bank and Rule & Regulation are different. Please solve my problem.

He is already working in Uco Bank C.P. Branch. All staff is working so very poor because of i submit online bank account form today this is also pending they give me user id or password but i cannot access online line tranction.

  2. If your brother had a nomination specific (beneficiary in the event of death), you should get your money in 15 days. else it takes around a month. You have to file this form to UCO bank if not done so already.
