Name of company/service: DATAWIND INNOVATIONS Pvt LTD
I orders Ubislate7+ online on 4th May 2012 on datawind website and I sent a Cheque for Rs.2999/- on for the booking ID PM48B790C86A for Ubislate7+.
As the website stated the following:
“You can have a confirmed prioritized delivery of your Ubislate7+ in May if you decide to make an advanced payment by mailing a Cheque / Demand Draft for Rs.2999/-. This offer also promises free shipping for the tablet (normal shipping charges Rs.199/-).”
The amount of Rs Rs.2999/- was credited to DATAWIND INNOVATIONS Pvt LTD in middle of May but they never delivered the product and have been delaying the delivery Date ever since it is more than 60 days and Now they have once again intimated that I need to wait for Next 40 Days.
I have asked for the refund but they refused to send the amount too. Please advise.
