I received a totally damaged item (samsung microwave) for 12k and my request for replacement and refund has still not been addressed for 3 months.
I am being always told my case manager is working diligently on the case but he does not even has time to call me nor attends my call. There is no way i can reach him or any senior executives other than the good for nothing customer care reps. The product has been lying at my place for 3 months now and even after numerous calls and followups online my request has not been answered.
I think this is the worst online company to buy even free products and is a total waste of time and money.
Never never buy from this company or else loose your hard earned money.
